Client Commitment.  We only accept those assignments we are qualified to complete. Trust and mutual respect are the cornerstones of our consultant/client relationship.

 

Our workload never exceeds our capacity to  offer the highest quality of work within the time and budget requirements of our clients. Our ‘deliverables’ consistently and substantially exceed the fees for services.

 

Objective. Our goal is to bring clarity and objectivity to every assignment; functional practicality and high probability alternatives for our clients to choose from; a level of support throughout the development and  implementation process that meets the cultural nature and business goals of each client—and—to stand behind every project for quality assurance and total client satisfaction.

 

 

The first step includes a free consultation to discuss the client’s  goals, style requirements, budget, and turnaround times. This is followed by a project proposal, which includes: pricing and deadlines.

Based upon the client’s goals and data collection, the project is completed in a timely fashion and within budgetary requirements.    An on-going dialogue is maintained throughout this phase.

Once the project is completed and implemented, Free Lance Consulting offers a ‘no additional charge’ monitoring service to  assess and assure the project is meeting expectations.

The project is submitted for review and acceptance by the client.      All client requests for changes or adjustments will be dealt with in       a timely, efficient and effective manner.

This phase includes a comprehensive needs analysis of client   project requirements and expectations. It is a free-exchange of information to ensure accuracy and total project satisfaction.
